ORDERING

All prices are shown in Australian currency AUD. Exchange rates can change each day. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

KOBE HUSK uses Australian Regular Post for all Australian orders.

All packages are sent only to a work or day address and will require signature upon delivery.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

If the undelivered parcel is undelivered and needs to be resent, the customer will be charged an administrative fee of AUD$15 or more depending on the location mailout before the shoes are redelivered.

In the instance that a change of address is required following dispatch, you will be charged the administrative fee of $15 before the shoes are delivered.

Please ensure all your information is entered correctly on your order - we are unable to make changes once the order has shipped.

Australian Orders will take approximately 2-5 business days from the date of purchase to arrive to you.

Delivery is Monday – Friday excludes all public holidays and long weekends.

 

INTERNATIONALLY SHIPPING 

Delivery will be made within 3-20 business days from the day of purchase depending on the destination.

For all pre orders drops, estimate delivery period will be cited within individual product information.

All packages are sent only to a work or day address and will require signature upon delivery.

If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. It can take 8 weeks or more for a refused or undeliverable package to arrive back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, we do offer pre-orders. This is where a consumer decides to process an order for (an item) before it is available for purchase. Kindly read the specific product details for an estimate availability for the product on when it will be shipped. Upon ordering a pre-order, the full value of the item will be deducted from your payment gateway.

 

TRACKING ORDER

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will be emailed tracking information so that you can follow up on the progress of your order. All tracking links and tracking numbers will be provided.

NSW \\ 1-2 business days

QUEENSLAND and VICTORIA \\ 2-4 business days

SA,NT and WA \\ Up to 5 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES

Enjoy free shipping for a total purchase of $99 and above within Australia.

Rates vary for all international shipping destinations.

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you're shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for customs clearance.

KOBE HUSK has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. KOBE HUSK recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

RETURNS

We offer returns on all FULL PRICED PRODUCTS ONLY if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the purchase. This excludes all periodic flash sale events, discount code offers and sale items on our webstore.

If you would like to return your FULL PRICED PRODUCTS purchase, please email us at estore@kobehusk.com and quote your order number.

All returns must be by sent by registered post. KOBE HUSK will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items). All refund requests will be assessed from case to case. The original shipping cost and service are non-refundable.

When returning your product, please include a hard copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.  

If you do not include this paperwork, your processing time could be delayed.

Outside 7 days we will only refund your monies in the event that the goods purchased are faulty, provided the fault is not due to wear and tear, and is a manufacturing fault. This will be determined on the return of the item and after assessment.

We WILL NOT ENTERTAIN customers showing up in our head office at all. For all online purchases and queries, each transaction will be handled in accordance via online.

All shoes must be tried on a soft carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.

Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product.  Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer at your own costs.

We cannot process your return until we receive your goods and assess them.

In addition, no exchange or change of mind for all sale items and showroom samples.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges for full priced items. Items you exchange for a different size will be shipped at your cost and only upon your payment of the postage.

If we do not have the required size in stock you will be granted a refund minus the initial postage service incurred.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we recommend that you return it for a full credit and purchase the new item separately.

If you are outside of Australia you will need to pay for duties and taxes on the replacement item (other than faulty items).

We only accept items purchased through our webstore, http://store.kobehusk.com. If you have purchased your shoes from a KOBE HUSK stockist, please contact the store in which you purchased them from for further assistance.
